Worst Company Ever!!

Worst company ever to deal with.... have been sitting with out internet most of December as I was away came back in January, they sorted it out maybe 2 weeks after I returned the internet worked for a week and the router died, they expect a person to pay for a service and you don't even have internet, the technical department is useless and non existing they just logged tickets all the time don't contact you back and we are going for 5 days again without internet!!!! oh yes and then apart of this I AM A NEW CLIENT that signed up!!!!
