Worst client service

My brother, Theo, gave his personal details and info to them and signed up for internet service. Everytime they say they dont have his details and use that as an excuse. He still does not have internet installed or activated. They suck ass and have the worst client service ever. We will not recommend them. They can take their internet service and shove it where the sun dont shine.
