WORST CALL CENTER EVER

Worst Call center experience ever. Transfer, transfer, transfer and just pass it on to the next person!!! I am not even a client yet and this is the service you receive. No one can give you a straight answer. The next agent seems to know less than the one before, every dam department wants the entire story from the start again. I cant even believe the level of service. BUT Please do complain that you are loosing services, and loosing money, I think at this stage any government institution has better service than Vox Telecoms. Its terrible... I dont think I will use them...
