Worse than Telkom

Pre-ordered with them July 2020, found out in January 2021 that my order was never processed with the agent. So placed another order with them in January 2021, still waiting for my fibre, today is the 6’th of May, still waiting. Try getting hold of them, through email or by calling them, no use, they don’t answer or reply. I would recommend going with Telkom instead, at least they’ll admit that their service is bad. Now I can’t get the order cancelled, because they just ignore me. They’re basically blocking me from getting an order processed by another ISP.
