Worse than Telkom

Honestly, stay away from this company. Absolutely shocking service the last year. They lower their prices and do not inform the clients, so your account stays at the inflated price until you call them to "renew the contract", even though you are on a month to month contract. And good luck getting hold of someone who can actually do that for you in the first place. They have been overcharging me by 33% OVER the price advertised ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Their client portal rarely works. When you have issues you can't get hold of anyone that can actually do anything about it. They never respond to emails or calls, but are very quick to contact you when your account is overdue by one day, because they never debited your account. Just avoid them. Pretty much any ISP will be a better option.
