Worse than Telkom and Eskom combined

Absolute worse fibre company to go with. They have had constant "maintenance" within Cape Town and surrounding areas constantly, daily for atleast the last month, going onto 2. Dont support them. Simple. Do your research for other companies. This isnt the fibre company for you if you require internet access.

No account number needed from my side, it has nothing to do with my account, but the zero level of service received from Vox with constant messages stating "maintenance" but internet down daily, the whole day. 3000ms+ pings. Cant even open browsers. How about you stop lying to your clients, and state the real issues. If i could, i'd post the the screenshotS of sms's received from Vox. Almost 2 months of limited to no internet access. Issue your clients with the truth, and i will remove my review.

Good day Bianca,

Thank you for entrusting us with your request.

Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.

The Services performs to the best of its ability and when any issues arise, we have capable Technical Engineers available 24/7 to assist customers with service disruption resolution within a limited time frame.

We believe that everything was done in all effort to resolve this issue.

4.3.4. Considering the disclosures housed under clauses

b) be available;
c) be fit for any purpose;
d) not infringe on any third-party rights;
e) be secure and reliable,
except where the Services, the Circuit and/or Subscriber
Equipment are found to be defective and such defect has been
solely caused by Vox under sections 54, 55 and 56 of the CPA,
where applicable.

4.3.6. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 4.3.4 above,
Vox will use its best endeavors where Vox can do so to notify the Customer of any failure of,
or interruption to the Services and/or Circuit and where applicable any required
maintenance and repairs which may result from such failure, interruption or
unavailability.

Kind Regards

Your reply with what your agreement says, says exactly how you feel about your customers and the service you provide.

To all who sees this... i hope it makes you run from this place.

Your contract or agreement does not overrule the CPA regardless of your clauses.

And judging from the lady who wrote a bad review above mine and the others below mine, its time you start coming clean regarding the bad internet service the last 2 months.

1 thing you do not do, is steer away from the truth when it comes to clients.

Im also reporting you to the ombudsman. And i'll make every effort to take this to all corners of social media and elsewhere. You are bad for business.
