Worse than pathetic

Not really one to complain, But Fredd Fibre and vox telecom, your service is worse than pathetic. Mr Graham Schertel you should not be in the position you are in. Your empty promises brought us know where instead leaving us with a cancellation fee of R3500 and leaving us without internet for 3months and still ontop of that charging us because you cannot manage a team of staff accordingly. I will never refer or recommend anyone to use your pathetic service. I should have read up on hello peter before i decided to sign up with you. Please come and removed your ****py hardware we will be utilizing an alternative service provider for internet.
