Worse than a plague. Stay away from this company at all costs!

This has got to be one of the worst companies in SA. They keep breaking my website by changing permissions. Their tech support can take up to a week to do a simple chmod 755 fix. I downgraded Fiber account from 50meg to 10 meg as I was moving but in stead of downgrading, the bolted on a 20meg package along with the existing 50meg package. They keep changing my FTP account credentials without written or telephonic consent. It took 4 months to cancel services with them and each cancellation request would result in a random bolt on that you need to pay for in the next month. The staff are so inept, it's a miracle they manage to tie their shoes! Anything is always someone else's job and nobody owns a thing. Their telephones are in shambles and calls are either badly connected or dropped. They protect their staff that delete or destroy your websites even so also, no accountability. I honestly have no idea how a company gets to this size and manages to keep its doors open with the level of service they give. I swear, it's like the company is run and operated by 5 year olds. No, even 5 year olds have more thinking capacity. I honestly cannot say if there is anything this company can do right. If you value your sanity, stay far far away from the drivel that is vox telecom. They are incredibly dangerous especially if you are a business. Just ask Tutela Consulting as one small example.
