WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPACE (VOX TELECOMS)
I have never EVER dealt with a more unprofessional, *********** service provider!!!!NOT helpful at all , all their staff knows is to transfer you from pillar to post ,whether its on their whatsapp chat or telephonically , nobody knows what they are doing and keeps passing the buck.i have paid for a service i am not able to use. I WOULD URGE ANYONE WHO IS WITH VOX TO MOVE IMMEDIATELY OR WHO IS CONSIDERING THEM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!DONT!!!!MY SERVICE IS STILL SUSPENDED A MONTH LATER YET MY ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL, I REGRET MOVING TO VOX ..IT REALLY ISNT WORTH THE TROUBLE !!IF THE WAS A RATING LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD GIVE THEM -1000 000 OF THAT.

04 Jan 2024, 09:51This is Bull**** man !!!! my account is suspended because a session was done and now the account is on my name and is paid in full and needs to be unsuspended that is the problem!!!! i just spoke to a consultant by the name of Jennifer Malimola , she was so rude and just transferred me after i asked not to be transferred .the account the number that was ceded in question and needs to be unsuspended is *** ..the account manager is Melissa Neer!get your **** together and help me!!i am expecting a call back immediately !!!i will make it known how bad Vox's services are until i get this sorted!!!!!its simple unsuspend my account ! speak to Kineshan Naidoo he knows what the issue is!!!!!!
