Worse service, not a trusting company

In January i app**** for a package advertised on facebook by vumatel. 10/10 for R599. 00 a month. The consultant over the phone explained its 10 up and 10 down and fixed 599. In July they finally installed it after lots of arguing and that also zoom almost a week between vix and vumatel. Ever since then i was querying as it kept showing 10/2 not 10/10, but if you send an email you get a ticket thatnthey close as resolved. You can hardly get them on the phone and if you do you are wrong. Every month the amount also differ and now my package loaded is not 599 anymore it was changed in april but i only got my router and line iN JULY. And my package is supposed to be 10/10 not 10/2 for a fixed 599 a month.
