Worse service from Vox Telecom

I have had the worst experience ever with Vox Telecom, My services were interrupted 13 days ago even though i have fully paid my monthly fee. Vox says their partner Vuma is responsible but i have no contract with Vuma but with them. Each day i'm given a run around by their call centre agents but nothing gets resolved . I have basically paid them this month for no service and they have no desire to sort out my issues. I would recommend that no one deals with this company because they are dishonest and have no client service at all. I just want them to terminate my contract and i get another service provider who is able to take care of clients.
