Worse service ever!!!

This company seems to be the first to mistreat customers seeking their service. After 7 days, my Fiber connection is still nonexistent, despite numerous calls. Their Instagram account keeps promising to get back to me, but their phone lines keep dropping. Now, I'm essentially begging for their service. It's clear that moving forward, I'll be frustrated as no one seems to care. This is the worst company experience ever. I've even requested them to collect their devices, but there's still no response to my messages.
