WORSE FIBRE SUPPLIER EVER

Got fibre from from Vox. I told then I'm moving 3km further, which they could not do. I've cancelled the contract, they billed me twice for cancellation. They never collect the rooter, received an invoice today for Penalty Fee for Non-returned Router, Aramex did collect the rooter this afternoon. I'm struggling with vox now for 4 months and still they hazzle me, I've made them an offer in the beginning when I cancelled till now no reply.
