Worse cancellation process
I sent a request to cancel on the 7th of October 2021, and each month I still keep getting a bill, which I have paid without question, now you want to charge a penalty for cancel, what about a consumer's rights? My account number is ***

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
If cancelled prematurely, there will be penalty fees involved.
