Wors service ever

I hav been in the customer service industry for more than 20 years and from what I know the customer is always right, I acknowledge I paid late and I waited for the time line of the reconnection and its now 3 days since and nothing had been done, I rue the day I signed up for this service it's the absolute worse, ontop of that on the customer service line u get no assistance, like ***!!!
