Won't recommend Vox!!!!
Vox told me to cancel my account, I originally wanted to just move it because I moved to another place where fibre lines were already installed, but THEY told me I CAN'T and should cancel. And only after I did it because I was told to, then they told me I can't cancel for a year. I then called Vox and explain to them, the guy said I only have to pay a cancellation fee and nothing and no money will be needed from me afterwards. I paid the cancellation fee and they just added stuff to my account that I needed to pay for. I asked them to come pick up the router, they said they would but never did and then asked me to pay for it. Now they want to hand me over after they told me no money is needed from me after the cancellation fee. Definitely wouldn't recommend them!!! If I could give a zero star I would

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
