<p>On the 26th of June I app**** for a FTTH package with Claydon Thomas, the Vumatel connection fee of R1710 was not brought to my attention.He rep**** and said that he thought that this mentioned to me and I said no and I told him that this makes a difference in the packages and that I would rather cancel. He said if I feel like this than he would cancel, I told him I would rather and I have not heard from him again to confirm if this was done.</p> <p>I saw on the 26th of June on hellopeter that somebody else had the same problem and that was the reason why I asked about this cost.</p>

As per feedback received from our cancellations Department, the order has been cancelled as requested.
The manager of the Sales Department has been unable to get a hold of you, however he has sent you a separate email regarding the complaint for the sales agent.
