Wi fi rooter

Good day, I'm very disappointed with the services at Vox. About a month ago I've app**** for a wifi rooter with data etc, and one the consultant who assisted me told me it comes with the wi fi rooter. When they delivered my order I send the consultant Zoe an email, asking her the package I've order does it not come with a rooter because I only received a sim s come with a rooter, and that they will deliver it for me in a few days. I've told her if I don't get it by the end of that week she must cancel my order. My query was escalated to another consultant who just called me now, telling me they cannot reimburse my money as i've signed a contract with them, and I told her your right but whose problem is it that I received the wrong package as your consultant did not explain everything to me 100%, she told me that it comes with a wi fi rooter. I want these people to reimburse my money, cause I've told the other lady who helped me to send the couriers to collect they sim card cause I'm not happy with they servides. Please can you assist me with this matter, as I'm very annoyed with the service from Vox. If I knew all this was going to happened I wasn't going to asked them to assist me with the wi fi rooter. I'm truly upset cause I think they are busy cheating people with wrong information. I need my money back. Glenda Markhams
