Why won't you just take my money??????

I've been trying to sign up for fibre with Vox since Black Friday (almost 2 weeks ago) and the frustration is real. First of all, they require RICA documents. I upload a copy of my ID, they respond that it needs to be certified. I upload a certified copy, they respond that the certification stamp needs an address. I think I've seen maybe one certification stamp EVER with an address included. Second of all, they can't verify my email address (?) even though I've been following this entire process via email so I need to verify my account using my phone. Via a message they haven't sent me. I call in to ask what to do. First the guy tells me the instructions should be clear from the email I've received. And then I have to stay on the line why they place a new order for me to send this SMS. Third of all, surprise, they can't find that my address is fibre-ready. I explain for the third time that this is why I placed my order for fibre with them directly through Vumatel. Our fibre installation is new and only shows up directly on Vumatel's website as other providers haven't updated their maps. Oh, but do I have an order number from Vumatel. Guys, Vumatel placed the order for me WITH YOU, my order reference is the fact that I managed to find my address on Vumatel and to place an order with you. This is why we're talking. Because I was able to place an order. With you. For my address. Today, I receive an email that they couldn't verify my bank details. What even. No other provider ever has had any difficulty setting up a debit order and taking my money every month. Now I have to fill in a form. And upload my bank statement (WHICH I HAVE DONE ALREADY FOR RICA IN STEP ONE!!!). I work in a call centre. Every time I need to print and / or scan something, this requires me going in my lunch break to try sort this out. Every time I need to phone for no good reason, this requires me doing this in my lunch break. I don't have active services yet but I'm about done with you guys.
