Why do a get letters of demand from VOX for a service that was never activated or installed? I have VOX fibre at my home and the internet is good, 8 November 2021 - VOX Suspension Notice for account ***. The service was not activated at my businesses as VOX made promises they did not keep. 23 November 2021 VOX Final Demand Notice for account *** for the service that was never activated. Jonathan Carstens sent mails to Marlene van Heerden explaining that this service was not activated, but to n avail... still a final demand ??? Please VOX get your house in order!!!!!
