Why are giving me Emails that you have addressed your Service Request in full

<p>I decided to change my old 4mb data package to a 4mb data + line package as this would save me a few hundred rands. I received a quote of what the new package would cost and accepted it and also on the same day indicated to Vox that I would like to cancel the old package. For the past two months Vox have:</p> <p>1) Continued to deduct a monthly debit order for the old package as well as deduct a debit order for the new package, thus costing me allot more each month than my previous setup had.</p> <p>2) Made it impossible to resolve this issue. Calls from my side would be met with empty promises and an Email the next stating that my issue have been resolved in full despite nothing being done.</p> <p>3) Made it impossible to organize a refund for the faulty debit orders seeing that apparently I had received the service thus I had to pay for it. This makes no sense when the situation is considered.</p>
