Who is Voxtelecom?

For many years every month an amount of approximately R56 is deducted by a company named "Voxtelecom" from my FNB account . I don't even know what "voxtelecom" is! I have not given permission for this debit order. I stopped the debit order with my bank since I have never had and do not want any service from them. Today 12/09/2018. I received an e-mail from a debt collection company "Dept In" for an amount of R266.70. I now apparently owe them money? Still in the account the send it is not clear for what?
