whats going on ?
again emails being read but no reply from anyone saying anything .. since yesterday i have not been able to connect to star trek online. i have talked to fellow players via discord and checked online staatus and or problems and everything says star trek online is working. I have had no problems up until yesterday. I opened a ticket and had no reply.. is someone going to find out why i cant get onto star trek online..?

12 Aug 2023, 21:12problem has started again.. was able to get into it fine until the 6pm load shedding and now i got same problems again. International bandwidth has a problem again and my connecting to star trek online is just not working again
