What an awful experience, Iam having,the company I work for doesn't have internet since the 24th of December 2022 due to VOX, called spoke with, Keane, Daniel, Tusho, their service is extremely slow, I wouldn't recommend to anyone or new businesses

What an awful experience, Iam having,the company I work for doesn't have internet since the 24th of December 2022 due to VOX, called spoke with, Keane, Daniel, Tusho, their service is extremely slow, I wouldn't recommend to anyone or new businesses. I have used my personal wifi to carry on with my works duties, first there wasn't reply on my tickets sent to then Techs that came out didn't fix the issues, they needed to replace the router from frog foot, and do line maintenance 🙄, I don't know, which one is which, am really disappointed at VOX TELOCOM BUSINESS/ FROG FOOT Up until today the 7th of February 2023 the issues isn't resolved. STILL WAITING
