What a voxup with vox

Truly the worst company ever. Had fibre with them in randburg. Advised them on the date and time we are moving to limpopo in order for them to fetch the equipment. They did not pitch up. We relocated only to be contacted a couple of months later for collection of the router. Arranged date with courier ang again they fid not pitch. Notice was given on cancellation and ample opportunity was given for them to collect the router and now they threaten me with legal action but they were the party not responding. Steer clear people.
