What a useless service provider.

We signed up for a new Fibre contract with Vox. 3 weeks later we are still not connected. There seems to be some kind of problem but they show no urgency or intent to sort out the problem. There is no communication from their side and ever time we phone we get given th run around. Seems like my only option is to find Another service provider who knows what they are doing and who really cares about their customers.
