What a disgrace!!

Absolutely disgusting! Customer service is non existent. Emails go unanswered about a bill that we received for costs that were supposed to be covered by a promotion they were running. Our internet connection has been terminated in the interim with no feedback on the investigation whatsoever. The only call I received was from an accounts lady who proceeded to tell me that she could explain the account to me the whole day long but I will never understand. Unbelievable!!
