What a bunch of jokers.

We have been customers with Vox for four years now. We stay on a property where there is a house and a flat. They asked for a proof of address as the people in the house were cancelling their services. I have sent the same proof of address now 5 times, called the lady dealing with the matter, only to receive another email requesting the same thing again. If they cancel my services I am going to be livid!!!!
