Well Done Mr. Dirk Ottersbach of Vox Telecom!!!

My last review about Vox Telecom was scathing, to say the least, BUT I need to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dirk Ottersbach who responded personally to my review and I was able to give him the specific (private) information needed to solve my problem and situation professionally and speedily. It is however unfortunate that the solution came only after I resorted to writing a review on HelloPeter about Vox Telecom's ultra-slow response to my dilemma. I was asked if I would recommend Vox Telecom in the future? My answer is... do all due diligence before subscribing to any Fibre Network in South Africa... there are plenty of other ISP's to choose from so choose carefully.
