Well done !!!

Wow where to start ? I want to give a well deserved thanks to Henco Swart and Thando Mazibuko from vox. What started out as terrible service from another ISP (webafrica) which did not give a null about us... was quickly resolved by these guys. After 2 weeks struggling with webafrica I was reffered to Henco at Vox by a friend of mine. I gave him a call and he immediately started working on the issue. Webafrica said that they would only be able to get the line active in mid August to which Henco rep**** "watch this" he then got the line released in 3 days. Whenever I have an issue he assists me even at 10 pm at night. Thando was also able to get my second router active in 10 minutes as well assisting my wife with the set up. Well done to these 2 guys who walks the extra mile for their clients. Give these men a bell's !!! Well done outjies.
