Website and Email Setup

Ok so this is what has happened to me. I recently purchase a website domain that came along with emails from VOX. I had 2 gentlemen helping set this up from my side. It has taken forever for VOX to set up everything from their side. After hassles and various road blocks such as simply not getting correct response from Vox and also not receiving email settings and correct website details to be able to set up everything. The 2 gentlemen went through various emails trying to sort everything out. Struggle after struggle. Eventually after receiving everything and many hassles my email has been set up now and is working ("Thank you"). We have received the website details and as wanted to begin developing the website. We need to get a OTP to be able to proceed. But only to find out that my cellphone number is incorrect to which they are sending the OTP to. (Vox has attempted to call me on my correct cellphone number. I do not understand how this is possible if my information was sent in correctly and they have even tried to contact me on my real number. So now is where we hit another issue. Can this please be resovled. To add to that my account has been debited and Vox has been paid already. What happens now?
