We call ourselfs the NEW TELKOM JUST NO SERVICE AT ALL

We need a ZERO star rating for this New "Telkom" they call them selfs VOX really so bad customer service. Pay for 100mbps and receive 12mbps at times 24mbps this is like doing shopping pay for it and get home with nothing. If you call them you get stuck on the phone for 40 plus minutes sending emails no replies. Reson for my review is that please friends do NOT take up a Contract with them they are so Bad. Their excuse for everything is loadshedding all the time. Worst Fibre suppliers we need Zero Star. 😤
