Waste service from Vox telecom

Terrible service from Vox. I ordered FTTH, its more than a month now. They say the line need to be rerun by Vumatel, I called Vuma but they say Vox has not placed an order yet and i cant do it myself. I have been calling all the numbers for Vox that are not answered. The only one time I was lucky to be answered, a consultant named Lerato was very very cold and rude, she could not assist nor at least give some optimism that my problem can be addressed. I attempted to cancel the order but that threatened to penalise me for heftly if I do. I AM STUCK NOW. I wish noone to be in my position right now.
