They're trying to rip me off for R1109.82 even after I informed them I lost my job and cancelled my service a month before my contract ended. I'm being asked to pay for November and December 2025, which is insane! 🙅

Vox Telecom is refusing to listen or budge, despite me not using their service. Their customer retention is a joke, and they're clearly more interested in collecting money than providing service.

👉 If you're thinking of using Vox, think twice. Their customer service is terrible, and they'll try to take advantage of you when you're down.

DO NOT RECOMMEND VOX TELECOM. Find a better provider, trust me.💔
