Want me to pay clawback...madness!!!
Hi I have been cancelling my order before they proceeded with installation since last week it is like no one is actually looking at your emails. When I want to cancel it myself there is now a clawback after I have cancelled it on my email stating I don't want this service anymore. And I got 500/250 line it does not even work I only get 100/100 and it fluctuates very badly. Cancel order: X***. Quote: Q*** Cancel order: VOX***1 Quote: Q*** I want both my orders cancelled. The inconvenience is despicable.
