Waiting 3 Weeks for WIFI Router

We signed on to you guys about three weeks ago, I have been waiting since last week to hear about the Router. Lee didn't get back to me so I called your call centre and very nice people helped me. The story though is that there is a nation wide \stock-take"when we all know it's a stock shortage. I would appreciate a definite answer as to when I am getting this as I have a BOSS to answer to who doesn't take kindly to not having answers for her.
