Waiting 3 months for ADSL connection

I previously had a Telkom ADSL line installed at my house, in October 2015 after bad service from telkom and their LTE service I decided to switch back to ADSL, but through VOX as they seemed to have good reviews? It is now almost 4 months later and I am still waiting? VOX keeps blaming Telkom as they still use Telkom for fixed line connectivity, the reality is that I don't care for Telkom and requested the service from VOX? STILL WAITING FOR VOX!
