Waiting 24 days for fiber to be installed

I app**** on the 4th of September 2020 for fiber through Vox / Vumatel. Each consultant that I spoke to (4 or 5 ) tells me that the previous tenant did not cancel their service. The cancellation letter was forwarded 6 or 7 times to various consultants at Vox. To date, nothing had happened. Every consultant that I'm speaking to keeps on telling me they will follow up with Vumatel but without any luck.
