Vumatel and Vox down AGAIN

Been out for two days and counting in Alberton. I am already being billed to the extreme by them and when asked if we could expect some from of relief considering the outages they just shrug their shoulders. We have to contend with constant loadshedding and it seems data shedding too. It's a sad state of affairs.

How do you justify being down for a week and not passing a credit to the client? We lose out on work, leisure and money while they rake it in. I was phoned yesterday but have since not received any eta of restoration. Why are they offline even...

So my line has been down since the start of last week. Had Phillip from Vox give me a call advising there is a line break and they are attending to it. Came back online for a day or two with erratic connection and is down again today. It is ridiculous really. It is as if the wind blows too hard my internet connection goes along with it. When will I be connected with a SOLID connection? When I pay for a service that is exactly what I expect.... SERVICE.
