VUMA installation issues

I signed up with Vox Telecom on the 16th of November. Today is 9 December and they havent installed my fibre line. Ive received 3 installation bookings since then, the installer was late on all occasions where the second installation time was scheduled for 11am and they only arrived at 15h40. The 3rd time they came they had another excuse saying that Vuma needed to move the box before they could install which was almost the same story from the 1st appointment, 3 weeks later. Not only has the time trying to make these appointments cost me time, I sacrificed 1.5 leave days so that the line can he connected.
