Vrot FTTH service from Vox and Vumatel

I am staying in Benoni and i have an internet service from Vox and the fibre provider is Vumatel. They have scheduled maintenance and my service is down now from the 17 October. Logging the fault with Vox they just say Vumatel is working on it and no resolution. I had to buy Mobile Data to just keep things on. I am very disgusted with the support and service I am getting from Vox and Vuma fibre. My ticket was changed to resolve and still no internet service. In this day and age where we all dependant on internet access for your day-to-day living this is really vrot service.
