Vox/Vumatell issues

I have been a customer of Vox since 2022 and up to now received great service. Since the 14th of June their connection and service has been shocking, we go for days on end without internet, I have had to make numerous phone calls and to date have not received any proper answers from them. I am expected to pay my account in full every month, but have had days and days without internet and problem still has not been resolved. I am beyond frustrated at the situation, when Vumatell eventually came we were told that the one box was obsolete the problem was resolved for maybe half a day and then continued again. I have asked via email for assistance and detailed report of when we had and did not have internet, as I feel we should be credited accordingly and nothing has been received to date.
