Vox/vumatel

Hi all pls dont do business with vox/vumatel I did a payment on the 27th august 2020 for september 2020 I used my account number as refrence now they tell me they cant find my payment even after I send them a stamped proof of payment from the bank they have now suspended my service and will not let my bank relise the money from there side
