Vox/Vodacom
Since November 2024 every month I've bee without internet connection for up to 9 days per month... For 6 months all Vox/Vodacom did was splice and replace ONT's, about 15 splices and 3 ONT's... thinking that after 6 months of not getting it right Vox will terminate my obligations with them immediately, but they made sure to let me know legal action will follow if I don't pay them a notice month.... no contract with them, loyal customer for 4 years...
The fact that I waited 6 months for them to fix my connection obviously meant nothing to them...
So thank you Vox/Vodacom for forcing me to pay you another month for 15 to 20 days of internet... I hope my last R1000 means as much to you as it does to me...
