Voxtelekom dont give service

I ordered, paid for, and received a telephone from Voxtelekom. Was delivered by courier. I hv emailed and spoken to Emelia and Kagiso many times informing them that I dont have a telephone # and therefore cannot use the phone, with zero response from the company. I give VOXTELEKOM a 0/10 for their service.
