VoxTelecom is Lekka, or are they?

We moved into our new offices in November 2018. We contacted Vox and placed our order on the 15th October 2018 to setup our new office up with some lekka Fibre. We're still waiting... and its Jan 30th :-)

I would definitely recommend these guys if you dig incompetence.

At one point about 2 weeks ago, we requested cancellation, and some manager popped into the chat with threats about having to pay a cancellation fee. Their service hasn't even started yet. Their promises have not been kept either.

To this day, we're still waiting for their "supplier to give them the go-ahead for the installation" :-)
