VoxTelecom and Vumatel terrible service
The service I have received in the month of November from both Vox telecom and Vumatel has been atrocious to say the least. My Wi-Fi has not been working from 03 November - 09 November 2023. And between 26 November 2023 till today 04 December 2023. This would mean I haven't had any connectivity for 14 days and counting, yet I am expected to pay the full amount. No technician has come out to check what the problem might be. I have called Vox and Vuma everyday with no luck.
