Voxtelecom and a completely shocking experience.

Vox is the most useless internet provider I have had the misfortune to deal with. Please don't use them ! All I needed was them to move a router from one cottage to the next. They sent technicians who pulled a metal rod out of the garden and used it to smash through the wall. They spent 4 hours wasting time and chipped away at the paint which will cost me money. Then they send an Invoice for R4000 after they told me it would be R1350. Then after a week of calling and negotiation and emailing a million emails they stated they would fix the invoice and send someone to fix the wall and remove the rod which is stuck in the wall. Then no-one of course came as well as they suspend the internet so now I have no TV for the weekend. On top of it I have called and emailed for the whole day and no one can do anything because the woman from accounts did not update the amended invoice so they say money is still outstanding but its been paid. As I write this I am still waiting for them to call. So please do yourself a favour and don't use them they are completely useless from the call centre to accounts to help@voxtelecom. On top of it I am a new customer and they told me it would be better to just change the name on an existing account only to charge me a fortune. The best is the woman at accounts say I should have just opened a new account as that would have been free. Mind-blowing that a company like this can carry on like this!
