Voxs telecom terrible network

I have being trying to get hold off voxs has my internet was down the entire day. I call a technician that came to install the fibre to ask him what's wring there was no help from him he said he cannot assist me. I tried to call voxs on they office line still no response sent out two emails not one as being attended too.this is the worst network and customer service I had to have.
