VOX's failure

For twenty plus years my domain was hosted by VOX telecom. With the registration came a mailbox capable of receiving emails, but not sending. About six months ago I was no longer able to gain access to my mailbox. No explanation from VOX, no nothing.

Emails and calls to their help desk received many promises, but no action. Yes, their staff are most obliging and speak beautifully, but no action.

In the end I was bale to establish that somewhere along the line VOX had changed email servers and all my emails, of which there must have been a few hundred, were lost.

I would assume that any emails from VOX would have landed in the mailbox to which I was denied access.

Would I recommend VOX? NEVER!

I urge any potential subscribers to VOX's services to be extra cautious. <ake certain that what ever is subscribed for is in black and white.

This really is a most regrettable situation.
